Running and pull ups

Been running and doing pull ups all week in preparation for my Physical fitness test. In order for me to get a perfect score of 300 I would need to do the following:

Pull ups - 20
Crunches - 100 in 2 minutes
3 Mile run - 18:00 or less

The crunches are no problem. I believe I will get 20 pull ups also. I know for a fact I am not running 3 miles in less than 18:00 minutes. I have not trained hard enough for that. I am aiming between 19:30 - 20:30. I would like to score 285 or better. Wish me luck, I take it next friday.
