Post holiday body

well I realize I have put on holiday weight. i'd like to get serious again and loose it. i dont think i'll get to eat healthier so much as hubby is the main money earner, we both are currently unemployed, low on money and he has final say in groceries bought. right now he wants cheap and alot. which equals not as healthy. 

so my plan is cal counting and restarting p90x. i was doing a few dvds here or there, but not hardcore. then with the holidays and him being home i stopped. so i need to restart and burn cals. 500 per day plus cutting to 1500 (first then 1200 later) should help me out.

i heard of this parsley oat lemon thing that breaks plateaus, but i think i'll save that info for a real plateau. this is not so much that as not even trying for excuse of the holidays. i am about postive i put on like ten lbs (not water) from 2 bday celebrations for me, one from sisters bday, 3 xmas celebrations, 2 thanksgivings, new yaears x 2, and a cookie party i was invited too. so much squashed mostly in or around a one month period! 

for now, i'll do my best. when wallets fatten back up, i want to dukan diet. carbs fatten me up. i learned that threw the years. i can eat tons of meat and not gain, dairy to an extent, but carbs....its a darn shame i tell u. lol
