Program Minimum

Start: 7:10am
Finish: 8:02am

Warm Up: ETK - 9:00 with 2x5 pull ups and 2x10 dowel deads

Practice: Goblet Squats 5 sets of 1 with the 16kg - spent some time at the bottom

TGU: 3/side with 12kg - 6:20

Roller & Stretch: 22:30

Thoughts: Today felt reasonably good. No real complaints. TGU seems fine and it looked as though I have some further depth in the Goblet Squat.
