Using the Bodyball(stabilizer ball)

Leg Press

Hamstring Curl

Squat

Oblique Crunch

Enough of the ball; good burn on the legs though. Man are they out of shape.

Standing calf Raises

Donkey Raises

Nice and slow hold at the top and bottom for 5sec.; good burn.

Flat Leg Raises
