This workout wasn't great either, but I did something...

Upright Rows (Straight Bar)

Seated-behind the neck press

Flat bench leg raise

Side Leg raise

Front Kicks

Incline Crunch

Reverse Grip Preacher(EZ Bar)

Wrist Curls
15x70 15x70 15x70 (straight bar)

Donkey Raises
40x140 40x140 25x218(wife & son)-these are hard to do when everybody is laughing, and when your laughing, this hits the ole abs at the same time.
