Monday again!

The circus is making me crazy, I didn't workout much last week. I am going to work out every morning this week, a bodypart or two, just to keep my sanity until the circus is over and I can get back to a normal schedule.

This morning - 20 minutes on random, level 9 elliptical trainer,
Shoulders/Biceps supersets

DB OVERHEAD PRESSES 20lbsX15, 25X12, 30X10, 35X8
STANDING DB BICEPS CURLS 20LBSX15, 25X5&20X5, 20X8 (NOTHING LEFT)

FRONT RAISES 20X10, 15X12, 17X10 (TOO HARD TO HOLD THE 15AND THE 2LBS DBS TOGETHER)
HAMMER CURLS 20X8, 15X12, 17X7 & 15X8

REAR DELT FLYES 12LBSX15, 15X12, 20X8 (GOT A LITTLE SLOPPY)

GOOD, QUICK, DONE!
