Lotsa sleep....

So I think that helped today... plus, I had a larger breakfast with a few more carbs... not sure if that helped or not either...
Shoulders/Forearms and Abs:
Front DB Raises: 12x10/12x15/10x15/10x20.. upped the last set by five reps
Standing Lat Raises: 12x10/12x15/10x15/8x15... upped the second set by 2 reps, the third set by 2 reps and the last set by one...
Reverse BB Raises: 10x30/10x30/8x30... these weren't listed on the FT plan for today, so I threw them in...
Twisting Crunches: 25/15/15... was scheduled to do 25 in each set, couldn't quite get 'em in there...
Seated Leg Tucks: 25/25/25
Lying Front Kicks: 15/15/15.. again, supposed to do 25, but just couldn't get 'em done...
Today I felt a little stronger, not sure if it was all the sleep.. about nine hours... the most in ages...
