Mowed the lawn today! It is finally not raining! I sat outside on my new lawn chair while I ate lunch and read a magazine...

Here was my leg workout today:

10 minutes bike warm-up

3sets, alternating:

One leg chair squats - why are these so g-damn hard? i think i have an imbalance in my quadriceps strength. Cannot go down more then a third of the way with my foot out in front of me, can do entire squat with toe on floor. These should be easy, made me pant from concentrating so hard on it.

One arm clean&press lunges 15 lbs/15 reps

stationary lunges 3sets, 15 reps each leg with 30 lbs.

cool-down, sweeping.

Having my shake!

I feel like this workout was really hard, when I look back on it, it doesn't look like much, but it was hard like yoga can be hard - focused and intense.

Oh well, i already feel like my ass and hips will be sore tomorrow!
