Legs

Really didnt like going today as i havent done my legs in a few months because of a knee injury. I managed to get my backside in gear and went to do cardio instead. When i was there i decide on the legs. I was a bit scared of the knee going again but thought to hell with it.

5 min fast walk to warm up.

leg presses 12/60, 10/80, 8/100
barbell squats 12/60, 10/70, 8/80
lunges 12/9, 10/10, 8/12

knee went a little during lunges, So i stopped. legs like jelly anyway. ill see how the knee holds up next legs days.
