Late start

Was at a station function this evening so I got a late start, but I worked out anyway... feel a bit of tension in my shoulder... thinkin' maybe my form was off a tad on one of the exercises...

It was chest and abs today:

Incline DB Flys: 12x15/12x10/10x20/6x25

DB Flat Bench Presses: 12x25/12x25/10x30/7x35

Abs:
Lying Front Kicks: 15/15/15
Seated Leg Tucks: 15/15/15
Twisting Crunches: 15/15/15

Those lying front kicks are murder.... I think I'll feel it again tomorrow...
