It's about time...

...whew... it was a long week without any exercing! Got back at it today after six days of not doing a thing cuz of my back... and then, out of nowhere, I stubbed and likely broke my toe... stupid.. fortunately it was not a leg day... ha...

Shoulders...
Front DB Raises: 12x10/12x15/10x15/5x20... petered out at the end... dunno why.... last time I was able to squeeze 8 out of the last set...

Standing Lat Raises: 12x10/10x15/8x15/7x15

Abs..
Lying Front Kicks: These are harder than they look... 15/15/15

Seated Leg Tucks: 15/15/15

Twisting Crunches: 15/15/15

All-in-all... not too bad of a day... I feel I could have done better, but I think I was starting to throw the weight up during the Front DB Raises... no point in doing that and likely hurting my back again...
