I'm sooo weak..........

OK, DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS AT ALL. I know that it has been awhile since I lifted, but not that long. I have lost 12 pounds since my surgery; must have been ALL muscle.

Was planning on doing conc. curl 21's, and pushdowns; screw that; didn't think I could mentally handle the disappointment.

Sore as hell today; this SUCKS BIG TIME!!!The only satisfaction was flipping off all the weight equipment as I left. I am going to take a couple of days to get the disappointment out of my head.
