I feel o.k. today - not quite enough energy.

This is day one - of many to come. I've done my workout and feel good about that. I also started the day off with a breakfast which I usually skip - oatmeal & oj. Lunch was Macaroni & Cheese (for lack of anything else around) and a yogurt....glad I started....
