Donkey Calf Raises: 20x72/16x72/15x72/15x72 (72lbs is what my daughter weighs)...
Seemed to be a good workout... need a step of some sort for the Deadlifts... (I'd like to get a better range of motion)... and I am currently using my daughter for the donkey calf raises...
