....didn't work out last night... at a station function that took longer than I thought it would... so, caught up today...
Got invited to go paintballing this morning too... holy cow... want a cardio vascular workout, there ya go... I'm not sure how you guys and gals in the military do it all the time... good on ya... and this was two and a half hours in a controled situation... Still, came home and did the workout... even upped some weights...

Bent Over BB Rows: 12x55/12x65/10x70/9x80
One Arm DB Rows: 12x25/12x35/10x45/7x60... last time it was 8 reps at 55lbs... thought I'd try 60... whew...
Calves:
Reverse Calf Raises: 25/25/25/20
As:
Lying Front Kicks: 15/15/15
Seated Leg Tucks: 15/15/15
Twisting Crunches: 15/15/15
Been a vigorous day...
