35 minutes Stationary Bike

Level 5

Didn't get to hit the weights last night. My 9 year old wanted to play Nolan Ryan. It is tuff trying to be a Johnny Bench, but I did anyway. Can't tell my kid no when it comes to baseball.

And

Since he got all the catcher equipment gear for his birthday; I got to be Bob Gibson(the white version). I hit a dog, a wife, and a neighbor. Couldn't help myself, they were crowding the plate.

Hope to dabble with the weights tonight!
