WORKOUT PLAN

1. Monday- normal workout with DINO carrying.
2. Tuesday-DINO TRAINING.
3. Wednesday- normal training.
4. Thursday- DINO TRAINING.
5. Friday- normal training with DINO carrying.


Ok, that is the plan, and a few things need to be explained. DINO carrying is where I pick up a bin filled with bricks and carry it for distance and or time. I also have a rather heavy statue that will do as a stone to carry for distance like in WSM comps. My normal training will include total body workouts for 2 weeks then a more traditional split. I am also thinking of hitting my biceps twice a week for 3 weeks to jump them up a little again. Here is the actual weight plan I have in place
Chest-push ups, floor presses, flyes
Back Bent rows and deadlitfts, chins (at the playground).
Arms- the usual kickbacks skull crushers curls etc.
Shoulders up right rows, shrugs, laterals
Legs squats (with my trusty bucket in my arms kind of like a front squat).

That is about all for normal weight training. I am going to get my sand bags this weekend. I can put then in my navy duffel bag and use that as well. Also I have almost talked my bro in law to come over twice a week for car push night! So any thoughts or suggestions?
