Great first day!

I had a great first day workout. The journey take thousands of steps but the journey begins with step 1 (Chinese Proveb). I did a chest and abs workout. My diet was excellent today as I started the day with Fiber One cereal, then had a handful of cashews and almonds; for lunch I had a lean cuisine of 280 cals; then I had a fiber bar with 40% daily fiber value; for dinner I will eat salmon, rice, and vegetables. Lets keep it up! My total caloric intake has to br under 1500.
