Goofy night....

What should have taken 45 minutes, took damn near an hour and a half... worked phoned a couple of times, kids.... life... you know...

Anyhoo... here's how it shook down:

DB Lunges: 12x20/12x30/10x60/8x70
DB SL Deadlifts: 12x30/12x40/10x60/9x70
Single Leg Calf Raises: 12x0/12x20/10x30/8x35

No abs today... following an FT plan that isn't calling for them.... which is good... cuz if the rest of the night is anything like the first part, then I'd be up till midnight...
