First Dino training

OK first DIno style workout is done. Let me say that even though it was only a half our long it wore my ass out!!! I was breathing hard and loving it. I started out with what I will call the bucket lift. I have a recycleables bin that i filled with cement paving bricks they were loose inside of it weighed maybe 75lbs( I think). What I did was squat down and lift it up tomy waist then did a upright row to my neck, then lowered it back to the ground. Man it blew me away! it hit almost every muscle group! I did 3 sets of 10, 8 , 7. I also have a 12 foot long 5-6 inch around clothes line pole. I picked that up and did standing shoulders presses 3 sets of 10. I also used it for squats 1 set of 10. NOw this pole I cna get chains and wrap them around each end and hang weights off of that to add weight. It weighs about 100 I think. I also picked up a block (they are about 4 inches thick, about a foot long and 6-8 inches wide) I picked them up holding them the long way and did 3 sets of 30 secs for grip training. I also did 2 sets of axe work. I have a small axe that I old near the end of the handle and slowly lower the head of the axe to parrell to the ground the lift the head of it back up to point to the sky. All in all I was wiped out. tomorrow is another round I have a statue of the Virgin Mary that is way heavy about 100+ that I will use like a atlas stone carry. ALso plan to push my wifes car. Tonight is normal workout chest triceps adn abs.....
