Felt good today

Chest and Abs today...

Tried to give it a bit more oomph when it came to the chest... that's one area I would like to develop more...

Incline DB Fly: 15x15/15x20/12x25/8x30 (upped reps and weight on each set)

Flat Bench DB Fly: 15x20/11x30/8x30/7x30... this went down.. if I remember correctly I used my pec dec thingy on my bench last time...

Twisting Crunches: 25/15/15

Seated Leg Tucks: 25/25/25

Lying Front Kicks: 15/15/15

Just can't get to 25 on those kicks... they seem pretty tough... I know I can reach it soon though!
