Exercise Today
I started this weight loss goal a few weeks ago but havn't gotten anywhere. I am at the same weight, I haven't gained any but I am not happy that I haven't lost any either. Today I actually exercised until I was sweating a lot and I am feeling great. I did some ab exercises and danced until I couldn't anymore. So I think that I have actually started doing okay on my exercises. Now I just have to keep it up...
