Day one

Today I hit the gym but didn't press to hard since I just recovered from a far from normal cold.
I ran for 30 minutes at intervals and then walked at invervals and max inclines.  My legs will feel it for sure tomorrow.
Also started up my 3 day split.  I am excited for it and can't wait to see where I am in 4 weeks.
