Day 2

3D Abs Class- 9:25-10

it was pretty difficult to get into but afterwards I felt great

Cardio

I did a brief 10 minute eliptical workout before my friend had to leave.

Afterwards I did 30 minutes of cardio running on the treadmill.

I felt great after my 2 hour session at the gym.
My muscles were twitching a little bit so I knew I was done for the day, even though I still had tons of energy.

Yoga

When I got home, I knew it was time for my muscles to relax, but I wanted to get some stretching in.
So i began doing some yoga poses over 20 minutes, to really stretch out my muscles.
