Day 1 Done!!!

yay!!! day one down. went to the park with my exercise partner (my dog), we walk a 1 1/2 mile trail, and walked up and down a really big hill ( a sled riding hill ) 3 times. we were there for about an hour. i started off slow ,cause everytime i start full force, it never seems to workout. I feel good and ready for tomorrow!
