Just registered so will be making full of this tomorrow on! I have a cold so didn't do any out of the way exercising but got in two hours of walking done. Only unhealthy foods I've had today were a flapjack, two burgers , hot chocolate, CapriSun - but that might be because of the cold... Hmm. I need to go fruit shopping again! This is a happy/sad time as I have to ensure I dont go mad at the shop but the good thing is its fresh and cheap because it's from the local shop. Apples, Pears, Bananas, and Oranges are staples that need to be there all the time. Add-ons are pretty diverse and can include pretty much anything. Kickboxing tmoorrow so thats exercising down, hoping it won't rain...*need to invest in an umbrella*

Plan for tomorrow: French Toasts for breakfast; finish off Problem Solving 2 for Welsh Bacc by midday and get an email for PS1, oranges and almonds as a midday snack , mixed veg with white pitta bread for lunch followed by some form of fruit, banana pre training, dinner post training - rice with mixed veg

Hopefully, this will all be achieved!
