Today's workout...thought I would be strong and energetic today after a day of good rest, just posing yesterday, but to the contrary, right from the beginning I struggled. It is always a clue things aren't going to go well when your warmup weights feel heavy!! In other words, it was far from one of my better workouts.
Chest
Flat dumbbell benches

Felt really worn out after this today. It is late in contest prep, so a dropoff is expected. I surely hope it was just a bad day, but any way it goes, this prep has gone well strength wise and I am very pleased. Only 8 more workouts left till depletion time starts. Hope to pick things up a bit tomorrow.
