Flat Dumbbell Press  20x 60 lbs 16x70 lbs 14x80 lbs 12x100 lbs

Bent over Dumbbell Rows 20x 60 lbs 16x70 lbs 14x80 lbs 12x100 lbs

Crunches 20x15 lbs 16x25 lbs 14x30 lbs  12x35 lbs

Lying side leg raises 4 sets of 20
