Chest -Abs

Ok, haven't done barbell bench presses in a long time. Wanted to see how much strength I have lost. Man, it was really bothering my shoulder; probably because of all the pitching I have been doing. Dang I'm weak!!!!!!!

Planned on doing more chest, but decided to do abs, and get some ice for the shoulder.
