Cardio & Core, Back, Shoulders

First Day Using FreeTrainers.com
  • cardio was good, for only 20 minutes. i did not feel as tired as i usually do after a 30 minute cardio workout.
  • abs were tough, but that's because i haven't done an ab workout in quite some time.
  • back was good
  • for shoulders i used 10 lb dumbells.
  • shoulders were a little tough at the end, but not too strenuious at all.
  • now my arms and shoulders feel really good!


  • time for a stir fry & pai thai dinner now. it's healthy!
