1 hour stationary bike (there is no fluid left in my body)

Level 7 pushed hard; whew, can't wait to do it again in 6 weeks.

20.35 miles

Note: knee held up great; increase level next time. Now, back to the walks, and 20-30 minute cardio sessions.
