Baseball Practice Count?

My legs are sore as !!!! today. I caught for the kids last night.

Stretching
Jog

Squats below parallel

270 sets of 1 x bw

Stretching

Knees a little tender, but surprisingly, not to bad yet..Good thing I wrapped and braced. I think the whole compression thing helps, plus icing it afterward. Hmmm, maybe weighted squats in the future for Mikie.
