Felt a little inder the weather today - made myself workout anyhow (figure I am feeling the effects of the herbal detoxification I am doing, it says you may feel fluish).
Did 10 minutes tea bo to warm up.
LAT PULLDOWN - 10LBS/8 REPS 3 SETS
SEATED ROW - 100LBS/8 REPS 3 SETS
DB PULLOVERS - 50LBS/8 REPS 3 SETS - ALTERNATING WITH BACK EXTENSIONS 3 SETS OF 15
STRETCH, DONE! fEEL REALLY GOOD! gLAD i WORKED OUT AFTER ALL!
