1 Hour of walking my furry creatures yesterday. Walk, jog, hobble, pee, walk, jog, etc etc etc.

Almost 4 miles (good pace overall)

Deadlifts

Barbell Rows(platform)

Seated Cable Rows

Seated Barbell Wrist Curls

Was hoping to do some cardio tonight, but I got to get dinner, and then off to batting pactice. Maybe the wife might be up for some cardio tonight(hee hee).
