...was up early this morning, filling in on the morning show (I usually work in the afternoon), so I'm all outta whack... still, got the workout in!

T-Bar Rows: 12x70/12x95/10x105/9x110
One Arm DB Rows: 12x25/12x35/10x45/8x55
Seated Calf Raises (I do these with plates on my knees): 20x75/15x100/15x125/15x135 (toes out)
Crunches: 15x50/15x50/15x50
Leg Raises: 15x5/15x5/15x5
Seated Twists: 15x70/15x70/15x70

Haven't done cardio in a week or so... I usually use a mini trampoline, but it's now out of commission, and the weather has been less than desirable to get outside... so, hopefully on the weekend...
