Ahhhhh, double-split kinda.....

Well, decided to change workout attire, charlie made a comment that made me real nervous.

So, got my hanes socks, my New Balance 762's, Hanes bikini(little more support-ha), hunter green sweats, and my champion sleeveless t-shirt.

Deadlifts

Barbell Rows

Seated Twist

Plan on walking aimlessly with the wife tonight. Probably an hour...Still pretty weak on the lifts, but each workout is feeling a little better, and since I am not so worried about the weight, my form is about perfect. I will continue to work on that.

Note to self: DRINK MORE WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY!!!!!!!!!
