Ah... still deciding if I like Leg Day or not...

May have pulled my lower back a tad doing the straight leg deadlifts... no back exercises for a few days... the ones coming up are for the upper back... so that's good... see how it feels in the next day or two though...

DB Lunges: 12x40/12x50/10x60/8x80
SL Deadlifts: 12x80/12x100/10x110/8x130
Seated Calf Raises (Toes Out): 12x75/12x100/10x110/20x120

Calfs might ache tomorrow, but it's all good!
