Added more cardio

Enjoying my workouts and sleeping so much better , why didnt I do this years ago lol - well very motivated after 2 weeks now added more cardio to my workout and aiming for at least 4 sessions a week and when I am not going to the gym I am walking the 1.8 miles it is from my work to my train station instead of taking the bus ( weather permitting !!) So yeah feeling good about this - diet has completly changed as well a lot more eating right foods at right times.
I can do this and I can lose the desired weight and tone up for my holiday in July
