Highlights: Not a bad night. Took it easier than normal (3 sets as opposed to 4)
Lowlights: Stress levels are increasing

Flat Bench DB Press: 20x20, 10x25, 10x25
Incline DB Fly: 15x18, 10x20, 10x20
Parallel Bar Dips: 12x80, 6x70, 9x80
Lying DB Pull-ups (unsure of proper name)" 8x20, 12x15, 12x15
Tricep Kickbacks: 12x13, 12x15, 12x15
Tricep Pulldowns with Rope: 10x60, 8x70, 9x70
3 sets of abs
5 chin-ups
