Very tired and lethargic tonight. Very hard to go through the motions. Good side: I did 30 minutes cardio, which for me, is tough!

SLDL's: 10x145, 10x145, 7x145 (loosing grip)
ISO Wide grip Pulldowns: 10x150, 5x150, 9x150
1 Arm Lateral Row: 10x40, 8x40
Side Lateral Raises: 10x12, 10x12, 10x12
30 Minutes Elliptical, avg 160
