Highlights & Lowlights: I made it through - but not as well as I would have liked. Low spirits probably due to lack of sleep and too much on my mind. Should book that full frontal lobotomy soon...

Bent Over Lat Raises: 13x13, 12x10, 12x13, 10x13
Seated Cable Rows: 11x100, 12x100, 8x110
DB Front Raises: 10x12, 10x12, 10x12
DB Side Laterals: 10x12, 10x12, 01x12
Abs 4 sets (better than usual reps)
