1st Day 2 A New Me
Today I started working out again. I tend to go through these phases like most people around the new year then tend to fall off the wagon a couple months in. The last time I was on the wagon I lost 20 lbs and kept that off for about year. That was the best I had done since I started this roller coaster ride. I have put on 10 lbs since that big weight loss. I know that doesn't seem like much, but when I didn't reach my goal the first time and gained back half of what I lost, I felt very discouraged. I hate paying for gyms because more times than not, it turns into a yearly contribution rather than a benefit to me. I have tried the videos at home, P90X, 30 Day Shred, but I get board after a couple of weeks and quit.
I have been looking for something online that would give me workout plans to keep me focused and finally came across FT. I used it tonight at the gym (yea I caved and paid Planet Fitness, they were running their $10 deal) and felt pretty good about it. Can't wait to see how I feel at the end of the week.
