First day

Felt ackward at first after cardio warm up really had no idea which machines did what. After a few laps around them I realized they were labelled and showed diagrams. Couldn't find the ab rolling crunch thing was and all the floor mats were being used so I did 2setsx10 of machine crunches at 5lbs it was a struggle. Then found a side twisting machine which looked fun so 2setsx10. Set of 20 & set of 16 leg presses and hamstring curls were great I definitely had about 5-9lbs and felt good. However, I had a hard time with my set of 20 & 16 on the leg extension and calf raising machine and they were about 2-4lbs. After everything though I felt great and accomplished I found the rolling crunch machine and figured out the logical layout of all the machines. I also had an opportunity to try the hydro bed it was my reward for a successful workout. I'm motivated and excited to see how well I sleep tonight hopefully how well I'll feel tomorrow and to go back and do a different workout sunday.
