30 day challenge: Day 13

Hi everyone! Almost up to the halfway mark.

Today I did 50 plank walks. I did 5 sets of 10. I found it really hard.

Next I did 50 lunges on each leg.

After that my cousin gave me a 10 minute tap lesson. I got new tap shoes! So excited to use them.

Then I went for a 40 minute walk and I would've gone longer if nature didn't call near the end of my trail!!!

    I'll try plank walks tonight. I'm always hunting variety. 50 lunges on each side one set? That would kill the geezer. I do them weighted weekly and another day unweighted but i 3 sets of 10 to 15. I'd love to be able to work up to pistols again. Well done. I love musical theater btw.
