Burning off those baked potatoes

I forgot to write again yesterday lol.
Yesterday I did 25 minutes on the bicycle. I've upped my cardio time by 5 minutes. My legs were still a little sore yesterday but they're fine today.

abs
3x15 crunches
3x15 seated twists
3x15 lying front kicks. I tried to go easy yesterday because I was a bit sore.

chest was done 20 reps, 16 then 14 (as usual)
incline bench press
flat bench press
dumbell fly

Today I was uber lazy but what's new? I'm seriously getting over it. I need a change. My 30 day beach body challenge starts soon in 8 days. A tad nervous.

25 minutes walking on the treadmill on an incline. Thank God the Ellen show was on otherwise I would've focused too much on finishing cardio asap. 

abs
3x15 crunches. This is getting easy for me. I think I'll start doing it on an incline
3x15 twisting crunches
3x15 leg raises

shoulders
Machine shoulder press. Ouch! The machine's minimum weight was really hard!!!
Lateral raises
Bent over dumbell laterals

10 minutes of yoga. This took a lot of effort for me to do motivation wise. I'm so over exercising almost everyday.
