 Supplementation is an extremely crucial aspect of any training regimen or active lifestyle. No matter what your age, goals or training programs may be, daily supplementation is a MUST! After every physical activity or workout you perform, your body is put under stress, especially your muscles. These effects occur at a microscopic level within your muscle tissues which is due to the exercise are stressed and torn. This is very much OK, since throughout this process they regenerate back stronger in an attempt to adapt to the new stress. All the recovery and growth process by your body occurs while you sleep; that's right, not when you train or perform the various activities. However, the recuperation process requires all the aid it can get to make the most out of your efforts in the gym!
