I am just starting out on my new healthy lifestyle but I have a hard time finding fast easy things that are healthy for a busy mom on the go any ideas?

Celery with natural peanut butter is a good snack. Also, help yourself out and prep things ahead of time like veggies and fruit, so that they are ready to go in the fridge in containers so you can grab and go. Hummus with carrots is a good one too.
