Hi im 16 and 5'8. Im putting on the weight fast. and i need help on how to lose it!!!

I have tried everything and I can lose the weight but I put it back on and more!!!

PLZ help me lose the weight and keep it off...:(

I will do ANYTHING!!!! ANYTHING!!!

It's your diet. Eating too much or too little will cause you to put the pounds on. For weight loss, try eating 10-12 calories per pound of your body weight per day. Add in some cardio and strength training and the results will come much faster.

you should also see your doctor the same thing was happening to me ( i am 16 also) and I don't eat unhealthy at all! All whole grains and fresh food none of that junk alot of my peers eat but i gained eighty pounds in a year and after my doctor telling me over and over that it was my fault for my bad eating habits and not excercising i found out that I have PCOS, if you eat well and excercise and are still gaining wait talk to your doctor especially if you have a family history of PCOS, diabetes or thyroid problems
