you should also see your doctor the same thing was happening to me ( i am 16 also) and I don't eat unhealthy at all! All whole grains and fresh food none of that junk alot of my peers eat but i gained eighty pounds in a year and after my doctor telling me over and over that it was my fault for my bad eating habits and not excercising i found out that I have PCOS, if you eat well and excercise and are still gaining wait talk to your doctor especially if you have a family history of PCOS, diabetes or thyroid problems
