I'm really new to working out. I know I shouldn't be given my age. Any who, I currently weigh 260 lbs and I was hoping someone would be able to give me tips and tricks on how to shave off the weight. I'm not really looking to tone up or anything like that I just want to be able to walk a couple of miles or play a game of basketball without being winded within the first five minutes ya know?
