OK...strange question. I've been working out and cut a lot of crap out of my diet for almost a month now and am starting to see alot of the fat disappear. However it appears as though I have big abs...disproportioned to my chest and arms. Is this possible? I am somewhat disproportioned in other parts (i.e. Calfs/neck)They're not extremely defined as of yet, however I can definately feel the top rim of them just below my chest and they are fairly solid...lower part is still sporting the spare tire look though, which should start disappearing soon.

I'm doing a circuit training workout and about 2-3 circuits every Mon/Wed/Fri morning. Each midsection circuit is about 20-30(X3) reps for my midsection (since I can't adjust weight I push them to almost failure). In doing this am I pushing too much for size or should I do less reps and at a faster pace to get them more cut? Also I presume my chest and arms will eventually catch up or should I start dedicating some weight training to these parts before my circuits.

Only reason I'm concerned about this is because my goal is to build some lean mass to help burn the fat, then work on weight training later, but if I lose all the fat I'm still gonna look like I got a belly cause my abs seem to stick out at the top...even further then my chest does.

Wow...Great info thedominator. Already did a set and it is kind of odd to get the hang of.

The picture of the guy with the distended midsection is exactly what I was afraid of looking like.

yeah its kinda difficult to keep out of oxygen for 30 40 secs.. but it pays.. and in eastern countries like india/pakistan/china etc.. this is something which is done pretty much a lot in exercising circles.. u can do it the other way around also.. when doing ur ab crunches.. when u get up.. exhale to the last when u r off the floor.. pull ur stomach in.. stay there for like 2 to 3 secs.. and then get back inhaling to ur normal starting point.. that'll also help

hope i helped... :)
